I am very pleased with this ladder. It is a great compliment to all the other ladders in our Company. It is heavy duty, stable, easy to use, and fills the void between regular step ladders and extension ladders. When you need a short extension ladder inside a building this does the job. It is easily portable and feels very secure in both step ladder mode and extension mode. It is not as light as a 7' fiberglass step ladder but it is a lot more stable than most fiberglass ladders. It comes in very handy!
