The last type of mounts are used toportable units. The obvious advantages are the fact they can be transported by ship to ship and require no permanent installation on or in your trunk. Brackets are available for your display unit with clamps on the side, corner, or attach bank from your boat. Transducers can be mounted using suction cups or brackets that clamp to your boat. They make mounts for trolling motors, trolling motors, and even with a converter built right into them.
